Engineer One of Two Researchers Named Fellows of American Association for the Advancement of Science

Rufina Alamo, a chemical engineer developing more environmentally friendly materials and a geologist exploring the chemistry of Earth’s carbon reservoirs are the latest Florida State University faculty members to be named Fellows by the American Association for the Advancement of Science, or AAAS.

Dean De is hosting a new luncheon research presentation series called Noontime Research Nuggets. This is open to students, faculty and staff and involves a light lunch (or bring your own) and a brief (5 slide/5 minute) presentation to the group by a researcher with current projects to share.
