Quantum Bites Seminar: Ivan B. Djordjevic
"Entanglement-Assisted Communication over Turbulent Optical Channels"
Abstract: Entanglement represents a unique quantum information feature offering distinct advantages for a wide range of communication and sensing applications. While nondegenerate entanglement assisted (EA) communication schemes have been proven effective, they typically require optical phase conjugation (OPC), often performed on weak signal photons that are subject to degradation from scattering, absorption, diffraction, and turbulence in free-space optical (FSO) channels.
CBE Seminar: Hao Yu
"Designing Polymer Sequences for Charge Transport and Catalytic Activity"
This event is sponsored by FAMU-FSU College of Engineering Department of Chemical & Biomedical Engineering.
MagLab Open House
MagLab Open House is a free, annual event for visitors of all ages! Each year in February, we invite the public to explore the world's largest & highest-powered magnet lab, engage with nearly 100 hands-on demonstrations and meet our scientists and researchers.
Final Exam Week
Engineering final exams follow the COE Final Exam Schedule.
