Noontime Research Nuggets

Dean De is hosting a new luncheon research presentation series called Noontime Research Nuggets. This is open to students, faculty and staff and involves a light lunch (or bring your own) and a brief (5 slide/5 minute) presentation to the group by a researcher with current projects to share.

Virtual Workshop: Natural Disasters: Building the Resilience Divide

The FAMU-FSU College of Engineering: Resilient Infrastructure & Disaster Response Center, College of Social Sciences & Public Policy: Askew School of Public Administration & Policy, & College of Social Work: Center for the Study and Promotion of Communities, Families, & Children present a virtual workshop titled Natural Disasters: Building the Resilience Divide Virtual Workshop on Friday, February 10, 2023, from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm. 

The virtual workshop is free for attendees and is held via Zoom. Registration is required.

We are embarking on a process to set our ambitions and purpose for the next five years, and we want you to be a part of this project. 

There are many ways for you to participate and share your thoughts, time and talent in this endeavor. 

  • Serve on a strategic priority sub-committee.
  • Share your thoughts and ideas with the sub-committees by emailing the strategic planning team.
  • Share this information with other College of Engineering stakeholders.
