The ASCE-FES student organization at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering brings together aspiring civil and environmental engineers through professional development, networking, and hands-on learning opportunities. Our mission is to promote excellence in engineering by fostering leadership, innovation, and collaboration among students. As a joint chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Florida Engineering Society (FES), our goals include enhancing technical knowledge, supporting career readiness, and engaging in community outreach. Members actively participate in regional and national ASCE student competitions, which offer real-world engineering experience and team building. We strive to create a supportive environment that connects students with industry professionals and encourages active participation in statewide and national engineering initiatives.
