Bayaner Arigong, Ph.D. joined the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering faculty in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in January 2021. As one of the newest Assistant Professors, Arigong will focus his research on RF/Microwave passive circuits, RF power amplification, high-frequency circuits and systems, RFIC, applied electromagnetics devices, nanoantenna and nanophotonics, among others.
Arigong most recently was an electrical engineering faculty member at Washington State University - Vancouver. He brings with him several externally-funded grants from the National Science Foundation, Department of Energy/Argonne and private industry.
He earned his doctorate from the University of North Texas and worked in private industry before joining academia. Arigong has serves as a technical reviewer, conference technical chair and journal reviewer for IEEE and other peer-reviewed publications.
