The ADRGS office is pleased to announce that we will be offering a limited number of application fee waivers for PhD applicants, starting in the Fall 2027 semester. Only PhD applicants are eligible to request an application fee waiver at this time. Application fee waivers will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
Steps for FSU Applicants to Request a Fee Waiver:
- Submit a graduate application to a College of Engineering PhD Program: https://admissions.fsu.edu/gradapp
- Do not pay the application fee.
- Submit all required application materials, including evaluated transcripts from any international universities. Unofficial transcripts can be used for universities in the United States.
- Once application materials are received, complete the “Engineering Application Fee Waiver Form”, which can be found on your Online Status Check.
The Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Studies office will be notified when a form is received, you will receive an email when a decision has been made. Fee waivers will not be approved if all required application materials have not been received.
