Getting the Most out of Your Mentor Relationship will be held at 3PM at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering located at 2525 Postdamer Street, Tallahassee, FL 32310 in Building A, Room A-115. 

The Gulf Scholars Program presents a faculty workshop with Sophia Rahming, Ph.D., an associate director at the FSU Center for the Advancement of Teaching. Dr. Rahming is an expert in relationship-building in STEM including the mentee-mentor relationship and in creating a culture of STEM that is diverse and equitable. She bridges her knowledge of STEM identity construction with tangible approaches to mentorship in this workshop focused on how to be a successful and transformative STEM mentor.
