Greg Flickinger is the COO of IMMEC Inc. and an operating executive and board advisor with extensive experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, strategy, operational improvement, and M&A integration across complex organizations. Previously, he served as CEO of American Botanicals and Aloha Medicinals, and COO of Nobell Foods. Throughout his career, Greg has led large-scale manufacturing and supply chain organizations for GTI, HEB, Snyder’s-Lance, and General Mills across the consumer products, food and biotechnology sectors. His leadership experience spans manufacturing, engineering, product development, technology deployment, and supply chain operations, with a proven track record of scaling organizations and partnering closely with boards, owners, and executive teams on long-term value creation. Greg holds multiple patents in food production technologies and earned his Master’s and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois. He currently serves on multiple advisory and governance boards, including the University of Maryland MSBA program, private equity organizations, and several early-stage companies, where he advises on strategy, operational scaling, technology, and enterprise transformation.
