Define Outcome: Upon completion of the course of instruction, the student will be able to analyze processes and systems with the express purpose of predicting productivity, quality, safety and associated costs. Examples of the types of processes and systems that students are expected to be able to analyze include: the design and analysis of a process to schedule service calls around customer availability, the design and analysis of an automated system for foundry operations. -
